2023.06.21 [Screw Rescue Report] Broken screws of Jeep Wrangler door hinge

Received a SOS from a Jeep Wrangler's screw SOS in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
"The screw heads on the Wrangler's door hinges have broken, and I can't remove them. The screws are quite tight. I went to a home center, but couldn't find any suitable tools."
