We received an SOS message from Kamakura City in Kanagawa Prefecture, located in the central part of Japan, regarding a stripped screw on the HILUX tailgate.

"When I install a lift assist, I needed to remove the Torx screw on the tailgate, but it was extremely tight and ended up getting completely stripped. Is there any way I can remove this screw? "
