2023.05.15 [Screw Rescue Report] Stripped Torx (R) screws for the door stabilizer

I received an SOS from Saitama that the Torx (R) screw of a car door stabilizer had stripped.

Based on the photos sent to me that are showing stripped Torx (R) screw, we urgently sent the customer a Neji-saurus Mogura (Prototype). We also introduced him to the video of the "Screw Rescue" record by email.

The customer tried to extract the screw himself and reported back happily, "I was able to extract the Torx (R) screw safely by referring to the attached YouTube video!"
