This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Tama River, Chofu City, Tokyo.
★Issue Description:
"The screw on the front fork of the motorcycle (SUZUKI GT380) has stripped. I don't know how to remove this screw."
★Work Log:
After assessing the damage from photos of the stripped screw, a prototype of the Neji-saurus Mogura (So called Socket Screw Extractor) was sent.
★Customer Appreciation
The customer successfully tried Mogura's secret technique on their own and reported that they were able to remove the screw without any issues!
