This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Konohana-ku, Osaka City, in the Kinki region of Japan.
★Issue Description:
"The screws on the stand of my Toshiba REGZA TV got stripped at two places. I contacted you because I didn't know how to extract these screws."
★Work Log:
After assessing the damage from the photos of the stripped screws, we sent Neji-saurus Middle Mogura DBZ-425 (So called Socket Screw Extractor) and Screwdriver Grip GT Drive DZ-70 to the customer. After attempting the repair on their own...
