This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Miura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in the Kanto region of Japan.

★Issue Summary:

"I attempted to remove the screws to replace the SSD on my portable gaming PC, Steam Deck. Unfortunately, I ended up stripping two of the screws. While I managed to remove six out of the eight screws, I couldn't figure out how to deal with the two that got stripped. Hence, I reached out for assistance."

★Work Log:

The customer promptly sent it to our company, and the Screw Rescue Team initiated the operation. With a trick of the Nejisaurs Mogura Middle Type DBZ-410 (So called Socket Screw Extractor), the rescue was successfully completed with ease.
