This report is a Screw rescue for a customer in Aoyagicho, Kochi City, Shikoku, Japan.


★ Issue Description

"When replacing the rear seat locker on the TOYOTA Succeed, I accidentally stripped the Torx screw. Please advise on how to remove this screw."


★ Work Log:

After assessing the damage to the screw based on the photos provided by the customer, we sent a prototype screw-extracting tool called the "Nejisaurs Mogura (Socket Screw Extractor)" along with instructions for a trick.
