This is a Screw Rescue Report from a customer in Nakano Ward, Tokyo.
★ Issue Description:
"I tried to remove the screw from the camera mount (19mm BASEPLATE), but it got stripped, and I couldn't take it out."
★ Work Log and Method:
Upon receiving the item, the Screw Rescue Team initiated the operation. Using the secret technique of the Nejisaurus Mogura (So called Socket Screw Extractor), Middle Size (Part Number: DBZ-415), the rescue was effortlessly successful.
