2023.11.14 [Screw Rescue Report] TV Stand Screw

This report documents Screw Rescue from a customer in Toshima Ward, Tokyo, Japan.

★Issue Description:

"The screw that tightened the legs of the TV (LG 65-inch 4K OLED TV with built-in tuner) got stripped, making it impossible to remove."

★Work Log:

After checking the damaged screw through photos, we provided the customer with the Nejisaurus Middle Mogura DBZ-425 (So, called Socket Screw Extractor) and our unique screwdriver grip, DZ-70. We also showed the method of a trick of Mogura. The customer attempted the fix themselves...

★Method and Customer Appreciation:

Utilizing the trick with Nejisaurus Middle Mogura, the customer successfully extracted the screw easily. We received a delightful message, "Thank you very much for sending the tools. I was able to safely remove the TV legs." 🦖
