This report documents a Screwless Q incident from a customer in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan.
★ Issue Description
"When trying to remove a screw from the TV stand, one screw was extremely tight and got stripped. I tried various methods, but couldn't remove it."

After checking the damaged screw from the photo, we provided the Nejisaurus Mogura (So called, Socket Screw Extractor) and Screwdriver Handle GT Drive (DZ-70), along with instructions for use.
