This report documents a Screw Rescue case from a customer in Izumi Ward, Miyagi Prefecture in Japan.
★Issue Description:
"I accidentally stripped the threads of the side frame screws on my Hilux tailgate. Even with a shock driver, I couldn't loosen these screws. I don't know how to remove them."

Based on the damaged screw photos, a prototype Socket Screw Extractor (So-called Neji Morugra) was sent. After attempting the operation themselves...
