2023.10.19 [Screw Rescue Report] Torx Screws on Aeron Chair Armrest

This report is a Screw Rescue record from a customer in the Chūō-ku area of Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Kanto region, Japan.

★Issue Description:

"The screws securing the armrest of the Aeron chair have stripped, making it impossible to remove them."

★Work Log:

After assessing the damaged screws from the photos, a prototype Socket Screw Extractor, commonly known as "Neji-Morugra," was sent to the customer.

When the customer attempted the repair themselves...
