2023.09.17 [Screw Rescue Report] Dyson

We received a Dyson screw SOS from a customer in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, Kanto Region, Japan.

"I tried to replace the battery of my Dyson handheld cleaner (V6 Mattress), but I ended up stripping the screw. I even purchased a tool specifically for stripped screw holes, but the screw wouldn't budge at all. I didn't know how to proceed, so I decided to reach out to your company for help."

The customer promptly sent their product to our company, and the Screw Rescue Team started the operation immediately.

It seems they had tried using screw extraction bits from other manufacturers, which only made the situation worse.
