2023.04.21 [SCREW RESCUE REPORT] Substrate of Nintendo Switch

We received an SOS from Niigata about a Nintendo Switch screw that had been stripped.

We quickly received the item for inspection and found out that the screw was attached to a thin substrate, making it impossible to turn even when pushed.

The Screw Rescue team immediately started an emergency operation and, using our arsenal of seven tools, successfully extracted the screw😆
