2023.11.07 [Screw Rescue Report] Jeep Wrangler Door Hinge Screw

This report is a record from a customer in Mogami District, Yamagata Prefecture, in the Tohoku region of Japan regarding a stripped Torx screw on their JL Wrangler.

★ Issue Description:

"When trying to remove the Torx screw from the JL Wrangler door hinge, it got stripped and I couldn't remove it. I didn't know how to remove it and sought advice from your company."

★ Work Log:

Based on the damaged screw photo, a prototype tool of Nejisaurus Mogra, the so-called "Socket Screw Extractor" was sent.
